Today we recognize one of the driving forces behind our production team at Halden Pharma. With 23 years of experience at the plant, Terje has consistently kept our operations running smoothly. Whether it’s solving complex technical challenges, streamlining processes, or supporting the team through tight deadlines, the impact of Terje and our Technical Managers is felt every day. Terje is known as a calm problem-solver, a thoughtful leader, and someone who always makes time to help others grow.
My job is varied. I lead a team of Production Technicians and make sure our equipment runs smoothly. I support projects, the handling of process improvements and technical challenges. The fun part is solving problems and making improvements, ensuring the team and the equipment deliver both quality and results.

I lead the Shift Manager Team to ensure efficient production, overseeing planning, compliance, and personnel development. Coaching and supporting others is what I value most. Seeing their success is incredibly rewarding as it feels like a reflection of my own achievements.

At Halden Pharma, we are proud to recognize the outstanding efforts of our colleague, ensuring our Good Distribution Practice (GDP) compliance. Jens`s dedication and expertise play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety in our supply chain.
My job is to maintain systems and routines to ensure proper storage, distribution and handling of products according to Norwegian regulations, USP and EU GDP standards. I enjoy the variety of my work, from representing the department in audits, to following up in TrackWise. There´s always something new to do and we have a great atmosphere in the department–and across the entire facility, really.
