HP Halden Pharma AS is committed to complying with the Transparency Act, which came into effect on July 1, 2022. The Act requires us to promote transparency and ensure fundamental human rights and decent working conditions in our operations and supply chain.

We regularly conduct mapping and risk assessments of our suppliers and subcontractors to identify and address potential violations of human rights and working conditions.
Due Diligence

HP Halden Pharma AS evaluates supplier performance and compliance with our Supplier Conduct Principles through regular assessments and onsite inspections. Non-compliance or failure to address issues may result in the termination of the business relationship.
